7/17/2020 · Guinea Pigs can drink from some bowls of water that have been designed for Guinea Pigs. Some Guinea pigs will naturally take to bowls over bottles and prefer them, whereas others will need to be trained to do so.
Drinking from the water bottles requires training. Unlike water bowls, you will have to spend a few days training your guinea pig to use a water bottle. As mentioned earlier, water bottles aren’t suitable for old or sickly guinea pigs as well. Some pet owners use both bowls and bottles to provide their guinea pigs with water.

5 or so years later, we have guinea pigs. My favorite thing about the bowls are that they are ceramic and entirely coated. This way I can thoroughly wash them by hand or in the dishwasher to make sure they are absolutely clean. These also have a decent weight to them, and the rats and guinea pigs have not tipped or flipped them over.
