I’m not sure what size your dog is, but there are 2 ideas for this that I’ve heard. One, you can try putting the pee pads in a litter box. Or, two, try placing something in the center of the pee pad to give your dog something to aim at. Whatever you use (a jug, liter bottle, vase, etc.) you can wrap with another pee pad.
