It doesn’t say fully submersible on the package. It doesn’t even say partially submersible >.< He said it’s a good little heater, positioned it in the tank for me, said it was fine to have the cord in the water….But if you know me (I’m sure some of you are quite sick of me by now 😊) I’m prone to anxiety and water + electricity is definitely going to raise those levels >.<
