I can’t get my puppy to use the bathroom outside. Once she goes outside, she would want to run around and pee/poop inside the house. I leave the pad on the floor but she won’t use it. I would recommend to stop using puppy pads and to start crate training her. Make sure the crate is only big enough for her to stand up and turn around.
